Products may therefore be shipped directly from fulfillment facilities located outside your country of residence.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

For customer-requested returns that are not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products must generally be:

  • In substantially the same condition as received

  • Returned in accordance with our return instructions
